KCD Monaya Design & Construction was founded in 2008 in Antalya, Turkey, commencing operations with the rough and fine construction works for the Faculty of Medicine and School of Nursing buildings at Akdeniz University Campus. Our operations have expanded steadily ever since.
As international contracting expanded, we extended our operations across diverse territories, delivering key milestones in Tripoli, Malta, and France. In 2009, we launched our first international project; in 2019, our headquarters was relocated to Istanbul to coordinate expanding international operations, alongside a branch established in Bodrum, Muğla.
From our inception, our mission has been to operate without compromising quality benchmarks. Across all engagements, we prioritize production quality, workplace safety, and rigorous material standards. Alongside general contracting, our architectural aluminium joinery and façade projects incorporate profiles sourced from trusted European and Turkish producers, such as Reynaers (Belgium), meeting high international directives.
